Yes, single-room systems are an option. We can also discuss arrangements for several rooms. The right approach depends on the layout of your home and suitable positions for the equipment.
Can the system provide heating as well?
Many modern air-conditioning systems can provide both cooling and heating. We’ll explain the capabilities of the models we recommend and how they could fit alongside your existing heating.
Will I need an outdoor unit?
The split systems commonly used in homes have indoor and outdoor equipment. We’ll discuss a suitable outdoor position, along with the connecting pipework and access needed for installation and maintenance.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the number of units, access and the routes for pipework and connections. We’ll explain the expected schedule after assessing your home, including any work that may affect your usual routine.
How much will it cost?
Domestic air conditioning supply and fitting starts from £2,200 including VAT. Servicing is £110 including VAT and includes the indoor and outdoor unit. Installation costs depend on the equipment, number of rooms and work needed. We’ll provide a proposal for your home and explain what is included before you agree to go ahead.
Will it be noisy?
Noise levels vary by model, fan setting and location. We’ll discuss this with you when choosing and positioning the equipment, particularly for bedrooms and outdoor units.
Can I arrange a visit without calling?
Yes. Use our booking page to request a date and arrival window, and mention air conditioning in your job details. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive an approval email.
